Shortly after qualifying as a teacher I joined the Comhar Linn Credit Union in Parnell Street. I remember walking through the Georgian front door for the first time and feeling like I was stepping back in time, entering the building is more like walking through the entrance of a stately home rather than a financial institution thanks to the historic surroundings, thoughtfully restored period features and carefully tended to window-boxes bursting with colour which greet you as you walk up the steps. The service is always efficient and fast but never rushed and the option of banking online through the app or by phone is extremely convenient. Another fantastic benefit of joining Comhar Linn is the opportunity to take part in the Monthly draw. I was lucky enough to win a new car in 2010 and it was truly a once in a lifetime win! I am writing to congratulate your staff in the office on their standard of customer service. I have been dealing with the credit union for many years and I have to say I have alway, always had a good experience. The officials on the phone have been courteous, professional, helpful and kind natured each and every time I have contacted them. It’s nice , these days, to come across people who know their job, help you with queries, and do so in the nicest manner, with a personal touch.

My experience of the staff is the friendliness, the sense that they want to solve your issue – the sense that you are important, they want to help. Flabbergasted at the attention and they can’t do enough for you
